Business Coaching:

We are not just another Executive Coaching firm that consults at arms length, that repeats the past through creation of the same system and best practices. We wish to become a strategic partner who works much like a joint venture and co-creates the guide lines and systems our clients use to manage stable and anticipated growth models, and continue to expand a sustainable competitive advantage over others in their industry.

We do not subscribe to short cuts, quick fixes or over night success. Only through planning, execution and evaluation can a company truly be successful. As the company grows the culture must be designed to leverage consumer intelligence and positive relationships. Organizations designed to be both flexible and carefully planned will see the fastest and most stable growth. If the control system is designed to be dynamic but maintain very precise calibrations it can withstand the stress of growth and modification as the economic and industrial climate change.

FAQ's About Coaching:

Q) What is the difference between a mentor, coach, consultant and business adviser?

A) The lines quickly blur as each profession must often wear many hats, each role at it's core is distinctly different.

Mentor are generally Mentors are people who are farther along on the similar journey as the person two whom they are mentoring. Although the relationship may vary the general accepted requirement is that both the person learning and the mentor benefit from the relationship (generally assistance and service but not cash from the one they are sharing experience and knowledge with). History repeats itself when someone mentors without compensation the relationship often does not bare fruit and when it does, it often ends sour.

Advisers tend to take a hands off approach. They assess the situation, offer counsel and create plans, give written recommendations and then they are done. There is usually little follow-up as they are under the impression that their advise worked or the client didn't care to listen.

Consultants are often hired guns, although they present solutions and recommendations as an adviser, with a written report. The next step is usually to implement their plan or report with little to no required interaction on the part of the client. As a result the task is completed, and the client is happy. However, the client has not learned how to handle the task the next time it is required. Therefore, should the task come up again, the consulting agency will need to be hired to complete the task. The consultant can also be hired to create a system or infrastructure to create the desired outcome, but unless metrics and test are in place and regulated usually by the consultant the system tends to deteriorate.

Coaches are focused on the culture, skill sets and the intellectual capital of the client, and the clients staff. They often help to reshape and clarify goals and re-position motivating forces to allow the client to overcome internal believe systems that may otherwise be preventing healthy and stable growth in the company. Although, coaches often know many positions in the company and how to complete them as well as train others on them, the coach generally stays hands off. An effective coach does not tell the client answer, instead the coach will give the information needed by the client for the client to effectively draw a conclusion that is positive for the position of the company. In many cases social skills and values must be challenged and redefined for the management to continue to create opportunity's.

Q) How much does coaching cost?
