This is very rare and every attempt will be made to save the company or restructure the organization to prevent this from happening. Unfortunately, cultural mismatch may still play a role it the in congruence between Prompt Service and the clients company.
In most cases once the company has been restructures, marketing and business plans are completed and the business is solvent, assets may be used as collateral to get necessary loans to continue healthy and stable growth.
